The season is usually from early January to late May. We decide the start date of online reservations each season based on strawberry growth. Updates are announced on our Official LINE, so please follow it if useful.

Bookings start 30 days in advance. As for the booking start time, it is not fixed as it depends on the completion of the date update process in the booking system, so we cannot specify a time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Also, the date update process does not occur at midnight, it happens irregularly.

We sometimes increase the number of people we can accept at the last minute. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could frequently check the booking status.

We do not accept bookings over the phone. Bookings can only be made online. This is because booking information is automatically managed through a cloud-based database system.

For groups of 20 or more, reservations are available via our Official LINE. Please contact us at least one month before your planned visit with your preferred date and number of guests. Because prices differ, include the number of adults (elementary school age and above) and children (ages 3 to under elementary school age). Group guests may also request private use of a house (subject to availability). For private use, an additional JPY 5,000 is charged on top of the per-person strawberry-picking fee.

Please check your spam folder as the email may have been filtered there. Also, in the case of carrier emails such as ezweb.ne.jp or au.com, there are instances where emails do not reach you due to carrier-side filtering. In such cases, please use another email address, like Gmail.

We kindly ask you to cancel your reservation once and then make a new reservation.

A cancellation URL is included in your booking confirmation email. Please use that link to complete the cancellation procedure.

Please come from the entrance facing the old Koshu Kaido on the north side of our farm. There is only one entrance to our farm, so please make sure to come from that side.

Our farm does not have a parking lot. Please use nearby coin-operated parking or come by public transportation.

It is fine to come by bicycle. We have a space for parking bicycles, so please come safely.

Currently, we do not allow strawberry picking with pets. We appreciate your understanding. Also, pets are not allowed inside the cafe, but there is a bench outside the cafe where you can stay with your pets.

We are sorry, but reservations for cafe seating are not currently available. We seat guests in order of arrival, so please feel free to stop by when you are nearby.
