The cancellation URL is provided in the booking confirmation email, so please proceed with the cancellation from there.
Bookings start 30 days in advance. As for the booking start time, it is not fixed as it depends on the completion of the date update process in the booking system, so we cannot specify a time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Also, the date update process does not occur at midnight, it happens irregularly.
We sometimes increase the number of people we can accept at the last minute. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could frequently check the booking status.
Please come from the entrance facing the old Koshu Kaido on the north side of our farm. There is only one entrance to our farm, so please make sure to come from that side.
Our farm does not have a parking lot. Please use nearby coin-operated parking or come by public transportation.
It is fine to come by bicycle. We have a space for parking bicycles, so please come safely.
We do not accept bookings over the phone. Bookings can only be made online. This is because booking information is automatically managed through a cloud-based database system.
For groups of 10 or more, reservations can be made through our official LINE. Please contact us via LINE more than one month in advance of your intended use date, specifying the date, time, and number of people. Please also mention the number of adults (elementary school age and above) and children (ages 3 and up but below elementary school age), as the fees differ. Additionally, for group customers, it's possible to rent out the entire greenhouse. For exclusive greenhouse use, a rental fee of 5000 yen will be charged in addition to the strawberry picking fee per person.
Currently, we do not allow strawberry picking with pets. We appreciate your understanding. Also, pets are not allowed inside the cafe, but there is a bench outside the cafe where you can stay with your pets.
Please check your spam folder as the email may have been filtered there. Also, in the case of carrier emails such as ezweb.ne.jp or au.com, there are instances where emails do not reach you due to carrier-side filtering. In such cases, please use another email address, like Gmail.
