2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the recipient of the information will not be considered a third party in the following cases:
   1. When the Farm entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
   2. When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reasons
   3. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, all or part of the information may not be disclosed, and if a decision not to disclose is made, the Farm will notify the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure of personal information.

   2. When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Farm's business
   3. When disclosure would otherwise violate laws and regulations
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, as a general rule, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. If a user's personal information held by the Farm is incorrect, the user may request correction, addition, or deletion of such personal information (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") through procedures prescribed by the Farm.
2. If the Farm determines that it is necessary to respond to a request from a user under the preceding paragraph, the Farm shall make correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
3. When the Farm has made correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to make correction, etc., the Farm shall notify the user without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

1. If the Farm is requested by the individual to suspend use or erase personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained by wrongful means, the Farm will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Farm determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Farm shall suspend use, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
3. When the Farm has suspended use, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to suspend use, etc., the Farm shall notify the individual without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, when suspension of use, etc. would incur substantial cost or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests can be taken, the Farm shall take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

• The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except as otherwise provided in laws and regulations or in this Policy.
• Unless otherwise specified by the Farm, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this website.
